Derecho, Economía y Comercio Consultores S.A.S. — DEC Consultores S.A.S., is a Colombian simplified joint stock company, incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, duly registered with the Medellín Chamber of Commerce under Commercial Registration No. 21-390697-03, and identified with Tax ID (NIT) 900.194.555-2.
Corporate Purpose: The company’s primary purpose is to provide consulting, advisory, and analytical services in legal, economic, and commercial matters, aimed at individuals and legal entities involved in national and international trade. It also carries out activities such as judicial and extrajudicial representation, intermediation in administrative procedures, and both national and international negotiation, among others.
Legal Representation: The legal representation of the company is held by Mr. Jaime Alberto Zúñiga R. In the event of permanent, temporary, or transitory absences, the role will be assumed by Mr. Néstor Raúl Londoño S.

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable regulations, DEC Consultores S.A.S. informs that the personal data collected, stored, used, and otherwise processed in the course of its activities are managed under strict standards of security, confidentiality, and with full respect for habeas data rights and due process.
The personal data held by the company have been collected for purposes directly related to the development of its corporate purpose and may be used for communications, contractual procedures, compliance with legal obligations, information analysis, and other legitimate purposes in accordance with current regulations.
Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, update, correct, delete, and revoke consent at any time, under the terms established by law. Procedure for Exercising Rights
If you, as the data subject or an authorized representative, wish to submit a request, complaint, or claim related to the processing of your personal data, you may do so by email at: dec@decconsultores.com. The request must include at least the following information:
Full name of the requester
Type and number of identification
Clear and precise description of the facts supporting the request
Physical or email address for notifications
Supporting documents, if any

In accordance with paragraph 3 and the sole paragraph of Article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, and considering the practical impossibility of obtaining individual authorization from each data subject in our databases, DEC Consultores S.A.S. hereby uses this public notice as an alternative mechanism to inform that its databases have been lawfully compiled and are used exclusively for purposes related to its business activities.
